Donations made through this website for potential Republican Candidates are held in escrow for thirty-one (31) days from the date of receipt and are refunded to the original purchaser if the candidate is non-responsive to us for this time period. Donations are credited to the candidate(s)' account if, and only if, the candidate hires us within thirty-one days. Reasonable exceptions to the waiting period can only be made by the candidate--not the donor. If the candidate does not retain FFC Political Consulting (a/k/a Republican Political Consulting by Fairalee a/k/a "RPCF") or is non-responsive for thirty-one days, donations will be refunded to the original purchaser's account using the same method by which the donation was purchased. Donations made by a business or personal check will not be deposited until the candidate hires us via our service contract.
This website is owned and maintained by Fairalee.com. RPCF is not affiliated with or sponsored by any of the companies, organizations, or professional groups mentioned herein.
